The Challenge

Recruiters were spending hours manually writing job descriptions, leading to inconsistent quality and slow hiring cycles. The goal was to build an AI-assisted tool that could generate detailed, compliant JDs from simple keywords, while allowing for manual overrides and approval workflows.

I started by mapping the user flow to ensure the AI integration felt natural, not intrusive. We needed a clear separation between "Input Mode" and "Edit Mode."
